Danika Leeks started Danika & Company anindependent contract furniture rep firm in 2001 with the goal of providing high quality design solutions with personalized attention. Currently representing ancillary furniture, acoustical lighting, wall and ceiling solutions /textiles and demountable glass wall line. Danika works with the architectural and design community to create spaces people want to be in.
When I was in my 20’s I started as a receptionist at a furniture dealership in California. I loved the interaction, the industry and helping people—and I decided I wanted to be in sales.
In 1994 I relocated to Texas to pursue my career in the contract furniture industry.While in Dallas I worked for two dealerships before I was offered a position at a rep firm. I worked at two rep firms with great teams where I was able to grow as a rep. Ultimately I ended up starting my own firm–Danika & Co. I now aim to provide high quality design solutions with personalized attention and a cared for, “can do” attitude.
The most important things to me are family, relationships, trust and connection. My goal is to balance work and life and provide my clients with the best service. In my free time I enjoy being a mom, traveling and yoga. I aim to treat my customers like I would like to be treated.

The most important things to me are family, relationships, trust and connection. During the pandemic Danika completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher and will continue with her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training through the award winning Dallas Yoga Center in the fall/winter of 2023.
My goal is to balance work and life and provide my clients with the best service whether it be via my rep firm or in one of my yoga classes. In my free time I enjoy being a mom, great food with family and friends, traveling and yoga.
Future plans include finding my soulmate and traveling the world while teaching yoga.

Anthony grew up around the contract furniture industry so it was only natural that he would join the team. His role includes sales support and managing sample inventory. He will graduate from high school in the summer of 2023. He will attend the University of Texas Arlington majoring in Engineering. He will continue to work part-time through college and plans on interning with multiple of our manufacturer partners.
Marla Teyolia is the Founder and CEO of Culture Shift Agency, a certified Minority and Woman-owned coaching and consulting firm, whose mission is to advance the holistic leadership development of Women of Color and their allies. In this capacity, she functions as a highly sought-after workplace strategist and transformational leadership coach who mentors high-achieving executives to lead from their most deeply held values while maximizing their potential to create inclusive and liberatory environments for individuals from under-represented groups. She is a seasoned practitioner with over 20 years of leadership development and group facilitation experience.
She is a seasoned leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, working diligently to support inclusive teams while facilitating understanding and healing across racial lines.
Nicole majored in Fashion Design but after her first job in fashion in 2012 she discovered her love for coding, and taught herself to build websites. She has been a full-time web and graphic designer since 2017.
Brittany has been the woman behind the scenes at Danika & Company for a couple of years, fostering her interests in furniture design and client care. Her graduation from Wade College this summer with a degree in Interior Design will be the first of many milestones in the contract furniture industry! Over the past few years, she’s been able to build on her passion for biophilia, furniture, and carpentry, successfully having her renderings melding the three displayed in many fairs and lobbies. In early 2023 she will expand her role at Danika & Company full-time, focusing on growing our contract dealer market and building relationships with the younger demographic of interior designers.
When she doesn’t have her head in the clouds, she loves spending time outdoors with her dog Lola, and feels that she’d be nothing without her family and close friends.
